En este art\u00edculo se realiza una valoraci\u00f3n sobre el tema, con el objetivo de caracterizar el trabajo de nuestros Centros de Diagn\u00f3stico Integral (CDI). Entre varios argumentos se analizan las t\u00e9cnicas propuestas por Letwin y Stinger. Se enfatiza en las t\u00e9cnicas de exploraci\u00f3n del clima organizacional a trav\u00e9s de cuatro dimensiones b\u00e1sicas: motivaci\u00f3n, liderazgo, reciprocidad y participaci\u00f3n. Se realiz\u00f3 an\u00e1lisis de contenido de documentos, que incluy\u00f3 art\u00edculos originales y de revisi\u00f3n publicados desde el a\u00f1o 2001 al 2021, se identificaron y revisaron art\u00edculos que fueron \u00fatiles para el desarrollo de la revisi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como monograf\u00edas de varias revistas y tesis doctorales actualizadas que permitieron el an\u00e1lisis hist\u00f3rico l\u00f3gico de la evoluci\u00f3n de la definici\u00f3n del clima organizacional. La sistematizaci\u00f3n de los t\u00e9rminos relacionados con el clima organizacional permiti\u00f3 definirlo con sus caracter\u00edsticas, dimensiones e importancia, sin embargo se hace necesario su conocimiento para el mejoramiento de la calidad en las instituciones laborales.; The organizational climate constitutes one of the elements to be considered in the organizational processes and the quality of public health services. In this article an assessment is made on the subject, with the aim of characterizing the work of our Comprehensive Diagnostic Centers (CDI). Among several arguments, the techniques proposed by Letwin and Stinger are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the techniques for exploring the organizational climate through four basic dimensions: motivation, leadership, reciprocity, and participation. Document content analysis was carried out, which included original and review articles published from 2001 to 2021, identifying and reviewing articles that were useful for the development of the review, as well as monographs from various journals and updated doctoral theses that allowed the logical historical analysis of the evolution of the definition of organizational climate. The systematization of the terms related to the organizational climate, allowed to define it, with its characteristics, dimensions and importance, however its knowledge is necessary for the improvement of quality in labor institutions.; O clima organizacional constitui um dos elementos a serem considerados nos processos organizacionais e na qualidade dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos de sa\u00fade. Neste artigo \u00e9 feita uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o assunto, com o objetivo de caracterizar o trabalho de nossos Centros de Diagn\u00f3stico Integral (CDI). Entre v\u00e1rios argumentos, s\u00e3o analisadas as t\u00e9cnicas propostas por Letwin e Stinger. A \u00eanfase \u00e9 colocada nas t\u00e9cnicas de explora\u00e7\u00e3o do clima organizacional por meio de quatro dimens\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas: motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, lideran\u00e7a, reciprocidade e participa\u00e7\u00e3o. Foi realizada an\u00e1lise de conte\u00fado documental, que incluiu artigos originais e de revis\u00e3o publicados de 2001 a 2021, identificando e revisando artigos que foram \u00fateis para o desenvolvimento da revis\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de monografias de diversos peri\u00f3dicos e teses de doutorado atualizadas que permitiram a an\u00e1lise hist\u00f3rica l\u00f3gica da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da defini\u00e7\u00e3o de clima organizacional.
